Since 2022 Value Trading Value Trading has appointed SGS to perform quarterly emission measurements. SGS is ‘ the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company’. All the tests and analysis show that, like in 2020 and 2021, the emissions are conformant and well below  the applicable parameters.

The reports of these measurements are available to any person concerned and can be viewed, provided an appointment has been made in advance.

Value Trading continuously invests in sustainability, research and development. After thorough investigation and several ingenious modifications in our production process, Value Trading succeeded in significantly  reducing storage and use of its chemical additives used in the refining process.

Besides the optimalization achieved in our production these improvements allow us to cut the delivery frequency by more than half, thus reducing the mobility impact. These important improvements and modifications will also be the subject of the public inquiry running from 25/08 until 24/09/2022.

We are proud to announce that Value Trading achieved a 3 year certification of the Responsible Jewellery Council!

Value Trading is a member since February 2021, and we strongly believe in the principles of responsible and sustainable business.

To achieve certification requires a long and complex preparation by our team, after which we are submitted to an audit by a third party.

This audit covers the “Code of Practices” (COP) and “ Chain of Custody” (COC) standards set by the RJC.
